Fay Neuman has effectively merged her love of aesthetics with a penchant for exactitude, channeling her entrepreneurial side toward the hospitality industry in a most iconic way. An avid traveler who knows the hospitality market from the consumer end, Fay also features over a decade in boutique amenities expertise.
When the Covid 19 pandemic forced Fay’s hospitality clients to scramble for resources, she knew she’d need to work hard to find suitable replacements that would fit her quality standards. In an industry already hard hit, Fay was adamant to continue providing unique product resources across a broad spectrum of prices and styles.
While her brand has evolved, her original clients are still her most loyal fans and referral sources, due, in part, to a truly seamless and very customized process. Still occupied with the many nuances associated with order processing and consumer responses, Fay is very passionate about what she does and how she does it.

A mom of 3 with an entrepreneurial side, Fay shares her passion and vision with her family, aspiring to one day channel her expertise into a generational venture, while remaining faithful to her core mission to remain customer centric and truly personalized. Her message to like-minded visionaries is “keep doing what you love, because no one but you can make it happen the way you would :)”.
